Lambda Linux is a very young open-source project and community.
Even though as a project and community, we are very young, our foundation is built using some of the most proven, battle-hardened, enterprise-grade technologies that exists in Linux ecosystem.
Given our solid foundation, we hope to be able to do an awesome job for our users and contributors.
Following are the core values that define us.
We care about our users
We plan and act in the long-term interests of our users
While many aspects of our community and project will evolve, the best way to think of us is to ask this question – If we built a Enterprise-grade Server-style Linux Operating System Components, learning from the community values of PostgreSQL, what would that look like and why?
If you have additional questions, please ask us on any of our support channels.
As a user of EPLL packages, we hope that you will be happy to note that our packages are commercial friendly. This means as you build and deliver your applications to your customers, you can freely use and redistribute unmodified versions of our binary RPMs in your Virtual Machines, Containers, etc.,
Providing you, our users, with this freedom is very important to us!
